These have 8 leaves and measure about 35-3/4 hole to - remember, these measurements do not a load on the springs. New old stock GM part# 599459 superseded by 594075 pair of front leaf springs for 1937-40 Chevrolet 'commercial' vehicles. There may be some light surface rust but nothing deep into the metal.
