Honestly they were on the Truck for just a few weeks less than month. They were just one of many sets that I ended up purchasing. The rough texture on them is actually undercoating, I sprayed my frame wheel wells after installed not thinking that probably should have waited until had decided to keep. Good used condition, structurally they are like new, cosmetic condition is poor with scuffs, scratches, undercoating etc.
